Eccentric pneumatic feeding device and system

The invention discloses an eccentric pneumatic feeding device and system. The eccentric pneumatic feeding device comprises a feed hopper. A hollow support is arranged below the feed hopper. A discharging port is formed in the lower portion of the hollow support. The hollow support has a set thickness and is provided with a through hole enabling the discharging port to communicate with the feed hopper. A movable moving plate is arranged in the hollow support and moves to open or close the through hole. During feeding, a ton bag is hoisted to the position above an opening of a mixing tank through a crane and then is placed into the feed hopper after an outlet of the ton bag is opened; and feeding is started, after the weight of fed materials reaches a required value, the moving plate of thefeeding device is ejected though a cylinder to block a feeding port under the effect of a valve so as to isolate raw materials, and the remaining raw materials are isolated in the ton bag to be feed next time by opening the v
