Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a carbon dioxide supercritical physical dissolution, permeation and foaming process. The process is characterized in that a plastic raw material is melted in a mold cavity, carbon dioxide gas is introduced for pressurization, diffused and dissolved in liquid plastic to form a homogeneous system, and the temperature is reduced; the mold cavity filled with the plastic material in which the carbon dioxide dissolved uniformly is transferred into a shaping mold with a required shape design; the mold cavity is removed, pressure is released, and the carbon dioxide gas nucleates and grows in the system and expands rapidly in the shaping mold; the temperature of the shaping mold is reduced to room temperature, and the shaping mold is removed to obtain a product in a designedshape.
