The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a part weight adjustment part is determined; secondly, before machining, a part is protected, an inner cable conductor is wound into a central hole, then a protective sleeve is fixedly mounted at one end of a mandrel assembly, and a cable and an optical element are prevented from being damaged or cut off in the machining process; then a damping pad and a protective cover are coupled together to form a whole to be fixedly installed inan inner cavity of a shell assembly, pouring of cuttings is avoided, and vibration of the machining process is reduced; a turning tool and a machine tool are coupled together, and the protected partis integrally and fixedly installed at one end of the machining tool; and finally, the cutting parameter is effectively controlled in the turning process, the deformation amount is reduced, the weightis reduced, and the techni |
