The perforating machine structurally comprises a driving motor, a supporting column, an electrode clamping plate, a perforating machine fixing base, a perforating structure and an intelligent control panel, wherein the perforating machine fixing base abuts against the surface of a workbench, the electrode clamping plate and the perforating machine fixing base are fixed through bolts, and the supporting column and the perforating machine fixing base are mutually buckled.
