Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a power construction cable releasing device. The device comprises a trolley and a rotating mechanism; the rotating mechanism comprises a power source, a rack, a rotating motor,a left clamping arm, a right clamping arm and a transmission mechanism; one surface, facing the right clamping arm, of the left clamping arm is provided with a first rotary clamping block; one surface, facing the left clamping arm, of the right clamping arm, is provided with a second rotary clamping block; when a cable reel is installed, the first rotary clamping block and the second rotary clamping block are inserted into two ends of the cable reel, so that the cable reel is installed between the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm; the transmission mechanism is arranged between therotating motor and the first rotary clamping block so as to drive the first rotary clamping block to rotate when the rotating motor rotates; a locking mechanism is arranged on the rack; the rotatingmotor drives the cable reel
