Novel mobile signal lamp

The invention relates to a traffic signal device, in particular to a novel mobile signal lamp. The novel mobile signal lamp is compact in structure and stable in placement. The novel mobile signal lamp comprises a shell, wherein a signal lamp body is arranged on the side wall of the shell, universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the shell, a windproof device is arranged in the shell and isused for preventing the signal lamp body from being blown off by wind; the windproof device comprises a wind blocking mechanism and an actuation mechanism which are sequentially connected; the wind blocking mechanism comprises a wind baffle, sliding slots and sliding blocks arranged on the side wall of the wind baffle, wherein the sliding blocks adaptively slide in the sliding slots; and a steering mechanism comprises a gear, an upper rack and a lower rack, all of which are arranged in the shell, wherein the gear is directly fixed to the ground and located between the upper rack and the lowerrack, the upper rack is co
