The method comprises the following steps: obtaining an operation parameter group of a system in a current state; determining a faulty element corresponding to the operating parameter group according to the operatingparameter group; correcting the reliability parameter of the faulty element; and calculating the reliability of the system according to the reliability parameters of each element in the system.
