The preparation method comprises the following steps: synthesizing fullerol by utilizing a reaction method of brominated fullerene and NaOH; dissolving pMMA/PC in ultrapure water to prepare a mixed solution; dispersing the fullerol in the PMMA/PC mixed solution by using a water-soluble dispersing agent,ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, casting and drying to form a film; and the fullerol modified PMMA/PC composite material can be applied to the field of preparation of novel PMMA/PC composite films, fibers and other composite material products with excellent optical properties and toughness. 本发明公开了一种富勒醇改性PMMA/PC复合材料的制备方法。包括：利用溴代富勒烯与NaOH反应法合成富勒醇；将PMMA/PC溶于超纯水中制得混合溶液；将富勒醇用水溶性分散剂分散在PMMA/PC混合溶液中，超声分散均匀后流延干燥成膜。该富勒醇改性的PMMA/PC复合材料，可以应用于制备具有优良光学特性和韧性的新型PMMA/PC复合薄膜、纤维和其他复合材料制品领域。
