The invention discloses an antioxidant for rubber, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The antioxidant for rubber comprises, by mass, 30-35 parts of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber, 30-35 parts of white carbon black, 1-4 parts of stearic acid, 33-36 parts of polyisobutene, 1-1.5 parts of a phosphite ester powder and 0.5-1 part of dobutamine hydrochloride. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing of the raw materials; S2, internal mixing; and S3, discharging and pelletizing.
