The method for producing a modified conjugated diene polymer mixture comprises the seteps: carrying out continuous of a polymerizationmodified conjugated diene polymer (A) having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 70 * 104 or more and 300 * 104 or less as measured by GPC and a modified conjugated diene polymer (B) having a Mw of 10 * 104 or more and less than 70 * 104 as measured by GPC through oen respective reactor, mixing a polymer solution containing the modified conjugated diene polymer (A) and a polymer solution containing the modified conjugated diene polymer (B), and then removing the solvent to obtain a modified conjugated diene polymer mixture (C); wherein the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of the modified conjugated diene p
