Zusammenfassung:According to the invention, a demisting carrier comprising molecular sieve hollow particle spheres is used; when water-containing tail gas enters a demister and contacts the demisting carrier, the demisting carrier generates polar groups in a water absorption process under the action of the sodium aluminosilicate hydrophilic medium loaded in the carrier; and under the action of the affinity of thepolar groups, flue gas demisting rises from physical removal to chemical removal, and the water molecular groups enter the hollow part of the sphere body through the sphere wall channel of the molecular sieve, so that the hollow part of the sphere body is changed into a water gathering bag for gathering water so as to increase the tail gas demisting and dewatering speed and substantially improvethe tail gas demisting efficiency. 发明中使用分子筛空心颗粒球组成的除雾载体,使含水尾气进入除雾器内与除雾载体接触时,通过该载体内负载着硅铝酸钠亲水介质的作用,使除雾载体在吸水过程中产生极性基团,在极性基团亲和力的作用下,将烟气除雾由物理脱除上升至化学脱除,并使水分子团经由分子筛球壁通道进入球体空心,使球体空心变为聚集水分的聚水囊,从而加快了尾气除雾脱水的速度,大大提升了尾气除雾效率。
