Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of DNA point mutation detection, and specifically discloses an electrochemical sensor for detecting mutation of a H1047R locus of a PIK3CA gene and preparation and application of the electrochemical sensor. The electrochemical sensor is constructed based on an NsbI enzyme and a quadruplet DNA self-assembly structure. The electrochemical sensor can detect the mutation of a PIK3CAH1047R gene sensitively and characteristically, is high in stability, good in reproducibility and low in cost, is expected to be applied to the measurement of actual samplesand clinical specimens, and is developed into a sensor with clinical application value.
