The adsorption condition of the activated carbon adsorption module is monitored, the formula adopted by the method provided by the invention is relatively simple, and no large-scale finite element software needs to be used to perform modeling calculation, so that the method is convenient and quickto use. By adoption of the full life circle monitoring method provided by the invention, manual recording of the adsorption condition of the activated carbon adsorption module is avoided, that is, neither the phenomenon that the activated carbon adsorption module still works after thorough adsorption, nor the situation that the module is replaced without being adsorbed thoroughly to cause waste happens.
