The pretreatment method includes the steps that a row of blast holes are drilled in the axis of alandslide dam impervious wall with the boulder content exceeding 50% at intervals; and after blast hole drilling is completed, boulders in the blast holes are subjected to blasting treatment, the boulders are broken into stones, and grooving construction of the landslide dam impervious wall can be conducted under the block geological conditions. By means of the method, the landslide dam geological conditions that many boulders exist, the particle size is large, the overhead phenomenon is serious, and a stratum is not deposited and cemented can be improved, and impervious wall construction canbe better conducted on the stratum subsequently.
