An external shock absorbing mechanism is connected to an aerial carrier through a connecting plate, an external frame system is connected to the external shock absorbing mechanism through an external azimuth axis, an internal frame system is connected to the external frame system in a screw fastening manner, and an insulating interlayer and an electromagnetic shielding film are arranged between the external frame system and the internal frame system.
