The building nonbearing wall body comprises a wall body, two insulating layers, two soundproof layers and two corrosion protection layers, wherein the wall body is formed by building green bricks and mortar; the two insulating layers are arranged on two sides of the wall body through mortar; the two soundproof layer are arranged on the sides, opposite to each other, of the two insulating layers through mortar; and the two corrosion protection layers are arranged on the sides, opposite to each other, of the twosoundproof layers through mortar. Through waste building materials and forming of cylindrical holes, the building nonbearing wall body and the forming method thereof not only reduce the production cost and are applicable to different homes, but also improve the sound insulation and heat insulation performances and surface mechanical performance of the wall body through a sound insulation structure and a thermal insulatio
