Floor joint parts are joint bodies with layered beams or roof beams installed on the bearing wall pillars or the edge wall pillars and are connected with the beams. The beams are floor top supporting beams of steel frame structures and form transverse grid beam framework structures between the bearing wall pillars or the edge wall pillars. Roof frameworks are perpendicular to the bearing wall pillars through bolts or through the manner that fastening sleeves are matched with the bolts, and the roof frameworks are transversely fixed to the grid beam framework structures to form grid-shaped floor roof frame
