Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides hawthorn flavone chelated sugar and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the hawthorn flavone chelated sugar comprises the steps of enabling fungus polysaccharide and white fungus polysaccharide to be subjected to hydrolysis so as to obtain polysaccharide hydrolysis liquid; and uniformly mixing the hawthorn flavone with the polysaccharide hydrolysis liquid, adding UDP-glycosyl transferase, and performing a saccharification reaction so as to obtain the flavone chelated sugar. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the hydrolysis monose of the fungus polysaccharide and the hydrolysis monose of the white fungus polysaccharide are used for performing chelating modification on the hawthorn flavone, and glycosyl is increased on the female parent of a hawthorn flavonoid compound, so that the solubility of the hawthorn flavonoid compound is substantially promoted, the problem or poor water solubiltiy of the hawthorn flavonoid compound
