Zusammenfassung:The invention provides application of a KNAT1 gene to improving of salt stress resistance of plants. Through an experiment, it is proved that the KNAT1 gene has the function of improving the salt stress resistance of the plants. An over-expression vector pBI121-KNAT1 of the KNAT1 gene is obtained through a gene engineering technology, an overexpression strain of the arabidopsis thaliana is obtained accordingly, and an overexpression homozygous strain of the KNAT1 gene is finally obtained after screening. Under salt stress, the homozygous strain has the ability to obviously improve the salt stress resistance of the plants, the seed germination rate and the cotyledon expansion rate can be increased, the seed germination time and the cotyledon expansion time are shortened, and the survival rate of the strain at the seedling growth stage can be increased.
