Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a plastic granulator which comprises a cooling device, a granulating device and a water tank. The granulating device is connected with the extrusion end of the cooling device, the water tank is used for circularly supplying normal-temperature cold water to the cooling device, the normal-temperature cold water output end of the water tank is directly connected with the inputend of the cooling device, and a radiating device which is arranged between the normal-temperature cold water input end of the water tank and the output end of the cooling device in an indirect connection mode. The cooling device is used for receiving molten strip plastic extruded by the plastic granulator and cooling the molten strip plastic, and the granulating device is used for receiving striphard plastic extruded by the cooling device and granulating the strip hard plastic. The plastic granulator has the advantages that normal-temperature cold water in the water tank is pumped out to bein direct contact with the
