Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a welding stick material which is prepared from the following components in percent by weight: 0.35-0.55wt% of Mn, 15.5-16wt% of Cr, 16-16.5wt% of Mo, less than or equal to 0.3wt% of Co, less than or equal to 0.05wt% of Cu, 5.4-5.8wt% of Fe, 0.15-0.2wt% of V, 3.6-4.2wt% of W, less than or equal to 0.002wt% of O, less than or equal to 0.005wt% of N, less than or equal to 0.005wt% of P, less than or equal to 0.05wt% of Al, less than or equal to 0.02wt% of Ce, less than or equal to 0.08wt% of Mg and the balance of Ni. A wire rod is manufactured by optimizing a smelting process, a heating process of a hammer cogging process, a deforming process and a heating process of a rolling process of the components of the alloy. The welding stick material provided by the inventioncan be applied to construction of LNG storage tanks.
