The invention discloses a gas-liquid distributor of a fluidized bed reactor for residual oil hydrogenation. The gas-liquid distributor comprises a conical flared pipe (1) and a flange plate (2) whichare perpendicular to the axis of the reactor, and further comprises a flow guide pipe (3) positioned at the upper part of the flange plate (2), wherein flow guide holes (4) with the same inner diameter are formed in the periphery and the top of the flow guide pipe (3); an inclination angle of 60 degrees is formed between the flow guide pipe (3) and the flange plate (2); the gas-liquid distributoris annularly distributed on the flange plate (2); and the inner diameters of the parts, located at different positions, of the flow guide pipe (3) are different.
