The invention provides an electronic apparatus, an information processing method, and a storage medium. The electronic apparatus includes a GPS information acquisition unit, a timing acquisition unit,a second storage unit, an RTC unit, a first CPU, and a second CPU. The GPS information acquisition unit acquires position information of an electronic device including time information. The timing acquisition unit acquires a first timing in a first operation state and a second timing in a second operation state different from the first operation state. The first CPU and the second CPU operate ina first operation state, and control the GPS information acquisition unit to acquire position information of the electronic device including the time information; in the first operating state, the controller controls the second storage unit to store the time measured by the RTC unit at the first timing acquired by the timing acquisition unit, and in the second operating state, the controller controls the GPS information ac
