The method comprises the steps of collecting an equipment current related signal, converting the equipment current related signal into data, processing the data to calculate current signal frequency domain data and/or equipment real-time power, encrypting the datathrough an Internet of Things encryption lock, and transmitting the data to the cloud; and comparing the processed current frequency domain data and/or equipment power with a fault library of the cloud based on the fault library stored in the cloud, realizing fault analysis, prediction, early warning and whole equipment life cycle monitoring of the equipment, and remotely controlling the equipment according to a rule preset by a user.
