Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a compact Hartmann wave-front sensor comprising an aperture division optical beam shrinking module array, a micro lens array and a camera array. The aperture division optical beam shrinking module array performs aperture division and aperture division beam shrinking on an incident light beam and a large-size incident light beam is divided into array type small-size sub light beams to realize preceding-stage aperture division and beam shrinking. The micro-lens array group is used for carrying out tail end aperture division on each sub light beam after beam shrinking to realize wave-front slope sampling of a single sub light beam. The camera array arranged a focal plane of each sub light beam micro lens array is used for detecting a light spot array image of passing through the micro lens array by each sub light beam; all light spot array images of the camera array are fused to obtain a complete full-size light spot array image corresponding to the incident lightbeam; and full-aperture w
