An inner cavity of a water tank is provided with a floating tank; a top cover is fixed at the top of the water tank; the top of a first slide block is connected with a movable plate through a first spring; a clamp plate is fixed at one side of a second slide block; internal thread sleeves are uniformly fixed outside theclamp plate; and a vibration detector body, a probe of which is connected with the outer side of the movable plate in an attaching manner, is fixed at one side of a slide plate.
