The invention provides a fastening clip. The fastening clip comprises a base plate, a supporting part and at least one pair of holding arms, wherein the base plate is provided with an upper surface and a lower surface, the base plate is a rectangular plate and is provided with a length direction and a width direction, the supporting part is formed by extending downwards from the lower surface of the base plate, the supporting part extends along the length direction of the base plate, and the at least one pair of holding arms extend upwards from the bottom of the supporting part and at least partially forms an angle with a direction extending downward, relative to the base plate, of the supporting part.
