The preparation method of the hydroxylated graphene epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-5 parts of hydroxylated graphene, 75-90 parts of liquid epoxy resin, 10-20 parts of an epoxy resin curing agent and 100-150 parts of an epoxy resinsolvent. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing the hydroxylated graphene, the liquid epoxy resin, the epoxy resin solvent and the like into a ball-milling tank together for ball-millingdispersion, removing the epoxy resin solvent from the dispersed hydroxylated graphene epoxy resin solution under vacuum, and mixing an epoxy resin curing agent with the hydroxylated graphene epoxy resin without the solvent to obtain the hydroxylated graphene modified epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating.
