The water-based polyurethane antinoise paint comprises a componentA and a component B. The component A comprises a PUA emulsion, a pigment, a functional filler, a wetting dispersant, a base material wetting agent, a rheological agent, an antifoaming agent, a thickening agent and a special additive; and the component B comprises isocyanate and alcohol ether solvents. The water-based polyurethane antinoise paint is used for coating the surfaces of glass fiber andaramid fiber composite material noise reduction structure materials such as engines and the like for surface protection and decoration of the noise reduction structures, and improvement of the noisereduction amount of the whole noise reduction structures; meanwhile, water is taken as a solvent, and the water-based polyurethane antinoise paint has the characteristics of good environmental friendliness, short drying time, s
