Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an automotive upholstery polyurethane foaming molding process which comprises the following steps: adding a polyester, a foam stabilizer, polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate, triethanolamine and distilled water into a reaction kettle, performing stirring, introducing nitrogen, performing a heating reaction, injecting the mixture into a mold, performing expansion and aging, and performing demolding, so as to complete the process. By adopting the process, polyurethane is easy to operate at a demolding molding procedure and is easy to mold, the yield strength, the elongation at break and the longitudinal retraction rate of raw materials molded according to different embodiments are all different, and different raw material foaming molding processes are selected according to structures of automotive upholsteries to be designed, so that the manufactured automotive upholsteries can meet optimal effects of both appearances and strength; and meanwhile, as the viscosity is reduced, operatio
