The invention discloses an automotive upholstery polyurethane foaming molding process which comprises the following steps: adding a polyester, a foam stabilizer, polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate, triethanolamine and distilled water into a reaction kettle, performing stirring, introducing nitrogen, performing a heating reaction, injecting the mixture into a mold, performing expansion and aging, and performing demolding, so as to complete the process.
