Stationary blades are mounted on the cartridge receiver, movable blades are mounted on a wheel hub of the rotating shaft, five level stationary blades are axially and successively mounted on the cartridge receiver, five level movable blades are axially and successively mounted on the rotating shaft, and the stationary blades and the movable blades are successively arranged alternately.
