Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of nylon, in particular to ceramic fiber reinforced high-strength nylon plastic and application thereof in the electrical field; the high-strength nylon plastic comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of PA6, 50-70 parts of modified ceramic fibers, 1-2 parts of a lubricant, 4-6 parts of a flame retardant and 0.2-0.4 part of anantioxidant. By means of the solvent regeneration method, the silicon nitride fibers are uniformly dispersed in the PA66 matrix; according to the preparation method, the silicon nitride fibers are added into the PA6 matrix to form the nylon/ceramic fiber composite powder, then the nylon/ceramic fiber composite powder is subjected to melt blending with the PA6, the nylon/ceramic fiber composite powder forms an island structure in the PA6 matrix, and the PA6 and the silicon nitride fibers are basically not in contact, so that the dispersity is relatively good; therefore, nylon with high packingcapacity is manufactured |
