The portable emergency medicine discharge device comprises a sleeve and a plug head arranged inside the sleeve, wherein one end of the sleeve is provided with a clamping mouth and elastic clamping feet, the clamping mouth is used for fetching medicine, the elastic clamping feet are used for preventing the medicine from fallingoff, the plug head is provided with a spring, and the spring is used for pushing tablets placed inside the sleeve; patients can fetch the medicine through the clamping mouth, and because of pushing ofthe spring, the patients do not need to perform medicine pouring motions and just need to fetch the medicine out from the clamping mouth side directly; and the medicine discharge end of the sleeve isprovided with a detachable sleeve cap, and the sleeve cap is used for sealing of the medicine discharge end of the sleeve.
