The system comprises a high-voltage control cabinet, a high-voltage operating power supply and a low-voltage low-frequency inspection power supply, wherein the power supplies are arranged in the cabinet body. The system further comprises a switching circuit capable of switching the accessed high-voltage operating power supply and low-voltage low-frequency inspection power supply. The switching circuit is providedwith a double-throw isolating switch with a visible safety isolation breakpoint. An inspection switching control system capable of driving the dual-throw isolating switch to safely switch the accessedhigh-voltage operating power supply and low-voltage low-frequency inspection power supply is arranged in the high-voltage control cabinet body.
