Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a debugging method for planar parallelism of an optical grating of a compressor of an ultra-short pulse laser system, and belongs to the technical field of optical grating adjustment. The planar parallelism, in the vertical direction, of the optical grating of the compressor is adjusted by spatial spectrum interference information of upper edge sub-calibers and lower edgesub-calibers of reference light and compressor output light, and the planar parallelism, in the horizontal direction, of the optical grating of the compressor is adjusted by spatial spectrum interference information of left edge sub-calibers and right edge sub-calibers of the reference light and the compressor output light; and the method has the characteristics of being intuitive in principle, simple in operation and high in precision, can realize the precise adjustment of the planar parallelism, in the vertical and horizontal directions, of the optical grating of the compressor at the same time without affecting a m
