The outer shell comprises a shell, a decoration paneland a rear cover; an inlay part is arranged on the shell; the decoration panel is inlaid on the inlay part; the heating device comprises a cavity, a top cover and a heating pipe; a first installationassembly and a second installation assembly are arranged on the outer wall of the cavity; a flowmeter is arranged on the first installation assembly and communicates with a water feeding part and theinner part of the cavity; a temperature sensor is arranged on the second installation assembly; the top cover covers the top part of the cavity so as to seal the heating pipe into the cavity; and a control chip and a silicon-controlled switch are arranged on the control circuit board.
