Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of identification of plant disease-resistant molecules, in particular to an identification method of an coix germplasm resistant to smut. The identification method includes the steps of DNA extraction, DNA electrophoresis direction, PCR amplification reaction and PCR amplification product identification; ATP6-F and ATP6-R are adopted as primers during the PCR amplification reaction, the ATP6-F and ATP6-R primers are derived from full-length sequences of Sporisorium and Ustilago mitochondrias, wherein the ATP6-F is GGWGCTAGGAATCCTGMAAG, and the ATP6-R is CTCTAAAYCTACCWGTACTTGG. The provided identification method can accurately identify coix materials which are successfully infected by pathogenic bacteria but not attacked, the coix germplasm resistant to the smut can be accurately identified from the molecular level, operation is easy and convenient, the detection time is short, the stability is good, and judgement is easy.
