Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a plastic surface treatment process capable of effectively improving the adhesive force between a plastic surface and a coating. The process is simple, wide in application range and suitable for mass production. The process provided by the invention comprises the following steps: 1, wiping the surface of the plastic by using dust-free cloth dipped with a high-volatility solvent; 2, carrying out static electricity removal treatment on the surface of the plastic by using an electrostatic dust removal air knife; 3, activating the surface of the plastic by adopting plasma;4, spraying a layer of coupling agent diluent on the surface of the plastic; and 5, carrying out low-temperature curing by adopting an infrared lamp. After the treatment of the steps, various functional coatings, such as a wear-resistant coating, an environment-resistant coating and a scratch-resistant coating, can be formed on the plastic surface as required.
