Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a multi-sensor and V2X fused low speed cruise method and system. The multi-sensor and V2X fused low speed cruise method comprises the steps of reversely calculating state dataof a surrounding moving unit by obtaining state data and motion data of a moving unit and detection data of the surrounding moving unit; and receiving fusion data transmitted by the moving unit mounted with V2X equipment in the form of V2X broadcasting; and carrying out low speed cruise self-adaptive vehicle control according to the fusion data and the data of the moving unit. According to the multi-sensor and V2X fused low speed cruise method, when the V2X installation rate is low, the sensing and application range of the vehicle mounted with the V2X equipment is enlarged by carrying out state reverse calculation, data filtering and data fusion on collected data of a traditional ADAS vehicle mounted with the V2X equipment, and therefore, the application and promotion progress of the V2X is greatly enhanced from a
