Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a lateral bending prevention method in a long beam type part machining process, and relates to the technical field of long beam type part machining. Stress release holes are milled in margins of blanks of parts, and lateral bending prevention holes are drilled; and the method comprises the following steps: S1) before the parts are roughly machined, multiple stress release grooves are milled in the margins on the two sides of the blanks of the parts; S2) after rough machining, the stress deformation is released through standing; S3) after finish machining of first surfaces of the parts, multiple lateral bending prevention holes distributed at equal intervals are drilled in the margins on one sides of the blanks; and S4) during finish clamping of second surfaces of the parts, dowel pins are inserted in the lateral bending prevention holes, and a coordinate system is built for finish machining of the second surfaces of the parts.
