Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a blank assembling method for super-thick steel sheet production. The method comprises the following steps of adopting two or more steel billets with the same steel type and different thicknesses as base blanks, welding the two or more steel billets into a composite blank, and rolling the composite blank into a finished product with the required thickness. According to theblank assembling method, the thickness difference of the two or more base blanks is used to enable the upper 1/4 position, the lower 1/4 position and the 1/2 position of the thickness of the finishedsteel sheet to be capable of simultaneously avoiding the 1/2 positions of the thicknesses of the base blanks, so that the uniformity and the stability of the mechanical property at the upper 1/4 position, the lower 1/4 position and the 1/2 position of the thickness of the finished steel sheet are improved.
