Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for time controlling processes in a microscope system. The microscope system comprises several microscope modules which are designed to carrying out various processes. According to the invention, a timing signal is sent from a central timing pulse generator to all microscope modules and the timing signal is modulated by a timing modulation circuit, for generatinga defined number of cycles. The microscope modules define, by the number of cycles, a start time for carrying out a process and carry out the process as soon as the number of cycles is reached. A corresponding microscope system is also described.
