A drive power supply and a TEC are adopted to carry out the temperature control of the semiconductor laser at a low temperature to achieve the quick start and normal operation in a low-temperature environment, so that on the premise of maintaining the original output characteristics, the requirements on thepower capacity and volume of the TEC and the power of the TEC temperature controller are reduced, and the starting time of the semiconductor laser is greatly shortened. 本发明提供一种半导体激光器的温控方法以及结构,在低温下同时采用驱动电源和TEC对半导体激光器进行温度控制,实现低温环境的快速启动以及正常工作;在维持原有输出特性的前提下,降低了对TEC本身功率能力和体积以及TEC温控器功率的要求,大大加快了半导体激光器的启动时间。
