Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for improving the ionic conductivity of a solid electrolyte of a lithium battery and belongs to the field of lithium battery modification. The method comprises the steps of carrying out mixing and ball milling for granulation on Li2S, P2S5 and stannous bromide in a ball mill by using a corundum ball to prepare micro-sized particles; pelleting the particles into amillimeter-scale sheet and then carrying out vacuum sintering for 2-6h under argon protection at 180-220 DEG C; and finally annealing the sintered product in a vacuum furnace at 230-260 DEG C and obtaining the required solid electrolyte through subsequent treatment, such as washing and drying. According to the method, a lithium-ion vacancy is provided and a solid solution is formed through dopingof the stannous bromide, and meanwhile, formation of an impure phase of an Li2S-P2S5 material in the preparation process is suppressed through filling gaps in a melting manner, thereby improving the conductivity of the solid e |
