Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a characterization method of mechanical behaviours of oil drops regulated and controlled through a block polymer. The method comprises: by adopting an atomic force microscope, respectively attacking an oil drop, on which the block polymer is adsorbed, onto a microcantilever probe and a substrate thereof, wherein the two oil drops are just in axial asymmetry vertically; the block polymer has a hydrophilic end and a hydrophobic end; and the oil drop on the substrate is positioned in saline solution, in which the block polymer is dissolved; setting parameters of the atomicforce microscope, so that the two oil drops are dead against and collided, and measuring the acting force between the oil drops; measuring the acting force between the oil drops by replacing the previous continuous phase through continuous phases different in salt ion concentration and block polymer concentration in sequence; and, obtaining an oil drop acting force curve under the continuous phase, so that characterizatio
