The method comprises the following steps: adding OTA with different standard concentrations into an MES buffer solution containing 0.05% PEI, taking OTA concentration as an x axis, taking a relative fluorescence value as a y axis to serve as a standard curve, andcalculating a regression equation and correlation coefficients; adding a sample to be tested into the MES buffer solution containing PEI, and substituting the measured relative fluorescence value into the regression equation to obtain ochratoxin A concentration in the sample to be tested. The concentration of the MES buffer solution is 20 mmol/L, and the pH of the MES buffer solution is 6.
