Rotatable combination mechanism and liquid cooling control cabinet

The invention relates to a rotatable combination mechanism and a liquid cooling control cabinet. The rotatable combination mechanism comprises a door body rotating joint and a cabinet body rotating joint; the door body rotating joint and the cabinet body rotating joint are each provided with a joint for being connected with a liquid cooling pipeline and an inner cavity communicating with the joint; the opposite ends of the door body rotating joint and the cabinet body rotating joint are respectively provided with hollow sleeves communicating with the inner cavities of the corresponding rotating joints; and the two hollow sleeves are mutually inserted or connected through a transition pipe and relatively rotate around a rotating axis coaxial with the rotating axis of a cabinet door, so thatthe door body rotating joint and the cabinet body rotating joint can relatively rotate around the rotating axis of the cabinet door, and the inner cavity of the door body rotating joint and the innercavity of the cabinet bod
