The invention discloses an extreme pressure lubricant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the lubricant comprises, by weight, 20-30 parts of octadecene succinic anhydride, 30-50 parts of cyclohexylamine, 1-5 parts of a catalyst, 1-5 parts of thionyl chloride, 5-10 parts of an emulsifier, 5-10 parts of boric acid, 1-5 parts of a solid lubricant, and 10-15 parts of phospholipid.
