Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant oil modified nylon 6 composite material which the following raw material components: 10-30 parts of a pyromellitic dianhydride/tetraaminobenzene copolymer, 80-100 parts of PA6 and 3-5 parts of a chain extender. A preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, dissolving 1,2,4,5-pyromellitic dianhydride into a solvent in a nitrogen atmosphere, further adding a 1,2,4,5-tetraaminobenzene and a polymerization initiator, performing a polymerization reaction, removing residual monomers, the solvent and micromolecule impurities after the reaction is completed so as to obtain the pyromellitic dianhydride/tetraaminobenzene copolymer, further mixing PA6, the pyromellitic dianhydride/tetraaminobenzene copolymer and the chain extender ata normal temperature at a high speed, discharging the mixture into a parallel double-screw extruder, and performing melting blending and extrusion pelletizing in sequence, so as to obtain the composite material.
