Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to stemming for a blast furnace tap hole and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme includes: taking 3-20wt% of titanium-iron slag particles, 5-10wt% of corundum particles and 10-18wt% of coke as aggregate, and adopting 2-15wt% of titanium-iron slag fine powder, 5-10wt% of corundum fine powder, 15-25wt% of silicon carbide, 10-18wt% of clay, 4-8wt% of sericite, 4-8wt% of kyanite and 6-14wt% of ferrosilicon nitride as the matrix; firstly adding a binding agent accounting for 4-5wt% of the sum of the aggregate and the matrix into the aggregate, performing stirring, then adding the matrix, and performing mixing to obtain a premix; and then adding the binding agent accounting for 8-11wt% of the sum of the aggregate and the matrix into the premix, further performing stirring, and then extruding the mixture into blocks by a mud extruder, thus obtaining the stemming for the blast furnace tap hole.
